Marshmello clears out shared green room for himself while playing the Fontainebleau

Marshmello’s got a big head.

Page Six is told that the hot DJ — famous for the giant marshmallow-shaped mascot head that he insists on wearing at all times in public — refused to share a dressing room with the other acts at an A-list party at the Fontainebleau in Miami over the weekend.

So, we’re told, the other performers — including DJ Irie, DJ D-Sol (who also happens to be the CEO of Goldman Sachs) and multiple-Grammy winners the Black Eyed Peas — were forced to go elsewhere before hitting the stage. “D-Sol, for instance, was escorted to his VIP table and waited to go on from there,” said an insider. “It wasn’t ideal.”

It’s unclear why the soft-headed DJ needed his own digs, but as we’ve previously reported, he’s very serious about not being seen without his headpiece, so he may have wanted the privacy. Another source said that when ’Mello took the stage, his security “aggressively” cleared out one of the areas where VIPs had been hanging out to watch the other acts. “It became his [people’s] area,” said a spy.

Guests at the bash included Paul McCartney, Elon Musk, Austin Mahone, Jonathan “Foodgod” Cheban and Jeffree Star. Reps didn’t get back to us.
