Meet The Cast of The Circle<\/em> Season 3

It feels like yesterday we were eager to find out who won The Circle Season 2. Hot on the heels of that finale, Netflix gave us exactly what we wanted: season 3. On September 8, eight new people dropped everything and locked themselves in a room with no clocks, no social media, and a whole lot of cameras in a chance to win $100,000.

For anyone just joining the show, The Circle follows a group of contestants as they’re isolated in rooms with no other form of communication but a “social media” platform called, you guessed it, The Circle. In The Circle, you can be anyone. Yourself, a coworker, a best friend, or just someone you found online and asked to borrow their profile. The key is to become an “influencer,” aka the most popular player in the game and the person who decides who gets to go home. Whoever is left at the end wins the entire game, and gets $100,000.

And with a brand new cast of contestants, there’s bound to be major twists and turns that’ll make the first season of Netflix’s reality competition look easy. A trailer for the season already has a couple surprises. The new cast consists of various ages and backgrounds, and of course, not all of them are truthful about who they are.

Below are the first eight contestants of The Circle Season 3. The real ones, not the catfish.

Ruksana Carroll

Ruksana is a 35-year-old from New Jersey. She’s playing as herself, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to get the prize money. Time will tell if she’s got a decent catfish radar.

Nick Uhlenhuth

A computer science nerd from Seattle, Uhlenhuth believes his techy personality is a bit intimidating. So, he’s decided to go into The Circle as the drummer of a punk band. So not entirely a lie…just a little stretch of the truth.

Ava Marie Capra and Chanel Marie Capra

These two sisters from Los Angeles aren’t playing a different person. Instead, the Marie Capra siblings are showing up as just Ava. She’ll be herself, but she’ll have a little help from her big sis along the way.

Matthew Pappadia

This fitness consultant from Long Island is the only complete catfish in the crew. Instead of playing himself, he’s decided to try and win under the guise of his best friend Ashley. Playing another gender is always an added challenge, but if Deleesa can win, why can’t he?

Michelle Rider

Southern belle Michelle Rider is a mother of four from South Carolina. She’s looking to win as herself. Although it looks like The Circle has other plans for her according to the show’s trailer. At some point it looks like there’ll be not one, but two Michelles.

Calvin Kiing Crooks

The personal chef and firefighter is all about bringing the charm. He’s looking to buddy up with the guys in The Circle and flirt with the ladies. And from the trailer, it looks like he already has Kai interested.

Daniel Cusimano

He may be only 20, but this contestant has a huge presence. A student from Florida, Daniel Cusimano is willing to do anything for that $100,000. He’s playing as himself, but even when you’re honest The Circle can make you do some not-so-honest things for the win.

Kai Ghost

This Nashville contestant is determined to call out catfish and win the game as herself. But will Calvin sweep her off her feet and distract her from the win? We’ll have to watch to find out.
