Hilary Duff broke the internet when she posed naked for the May/June 2022 issue of Women’s Health magazine and now a curve model has beautifully recreated the shoot.
Julia Berit, from Los Angeles, was scouted by a plus-size modelling agency when she was 19 and in college at the University of Oklahoma.
Now 24, she has a thriving modelling career and has gone viral for recreating the shoot as an American size 14 (UK 18).

Hilary blew people away with the shoot and Julia—a massive fan of the actor—couldn’t stop thinking about the impact it would have on people.
So, Julia decided to recreate the shoot with the help of a few friends and shared the photos on Instagram to showcase a different body type.
Like Hilary’s shoot, Julia’s went viral – and it isn’t hard to see why.
Julia mimics all of Hilary’s nude poses, nailing everything from the way the light hit her face to the angle of her body.
In the caption of the upload, the model said she was also “redefining strength and growth”.
“I spent nine years of my life trying to mold [sic] my body into something that it wasn’t… Now I am embracing my body EXACTLY as it is,” she wrote.
“If you know me, you know @hilaryduff has been my bigggggest role model growing up. When I saw the cover of @womenshealthmag + the message of redefining strength and growth, I knew I wanted to recreate these images!”
The 24-year-old said it wasn’t about comparing one body to another but rather celebrating all body types.
She continued: “There is no ‘before and after” or comparison happening here, just the celebration of different bodies being EXACTLY as they are!
“We as women have been trained by the media to pick apart our flaws and be on an endless search for ways to ‘fix’ our bodies. To mold [sic] them into something they may have never meant to be in the first place.
“But what if we EMBRACED those differences instead of trying to mould them into all being the same!
“Our strength is not just seen in the squats we do or the miles that we run, but in our mental strength in redefining what beauty is, allowing ourselves to just BE.”

Julia went on to say that the shoot was incredibly nerve-wracking but she was thankful to have a supportive all-female team to make it easier.
People flocked to the comment section to share their love for the shoot and the whole idea behind it.
“I adore you. You are kind, intelligent, compassionate and really radiant inside and out. I would love to see more of this in my timeline,” one person wrote.
“Beauty has no size requirements,” another commented.
An a third added: “Both of you guys are absolutely STUNNING! Great role models to love your body.”
