Little Moons launches brand new mochi ice cream advent calendar for Christmas 2021
Unless you've been living under a rock these past few months… Chances are, you've heard of Little Moons.
The branded mochi company – which put a supermarket-friendly spin on the Japanese dessert – went viral back in 2020 after a series of TikTok videos caused the frozen treats to sell out across the country.
Eager customers were so keen to try out the doughy ice cream balls that some were even buying out whole freezers in order to re-sell at an inflated price!
Whilst Little Moons are still as delicious as ever, the hype has thankfully died down a little, and the brand has introduced not only some tasty-sounding new festive flavours, but a whole advent calendar too.
The baby pink boxes are decorated with gorgeous gold, fuschia and red branding, as the front of the advent calendar reads "A Very Mochi Christmas".

With 24 doors to open in the run-up to December 25, we reckon this sweet advent calendar should probably be kept in the freezer.
The calendar doesn't come cheap and will set back purchasers a hefty £35.
It is stocked exclusively at Selfridges and on the Little Moons online store, so you can't pop down to your nearest supermarket for this one unfortunately.
And if you thought the pricey festive treat would only be gifting you the regular mochi flavours… Think again!
There are three brand new flavours to taste in the advent calendar, and they sound incredible.
Customers can give Candy Cane, Mince Pie or Nutcracker a try if they opt to try out the Little Moons advent calendar.
They all sounds utterly delicious, and festive-looking preview images show us that the Candy Cane balls are pink in colour, with a candy cane-printed sweet on the top.
And whilst not exactly a festive flavour, Little Moons' most recent menu addition, the Belgian Chocolate Hazelnut balls will also be included.
Available from November 8, you'll need to be quick to grab one as they're likely to sell out.
And in even better news, those who don't fancy going out of their way to purchase the whole calendar in order to try the new festive flavours won't need to.
All three of the festive flavours will also be for-sale in individual boxes just like the rest of the range.
