EDEN HAZARD is closing in on his move to Real Madrid after Chelsea accepted an offer for the Belgian.
The Blues have accepted an £88.5million offer from Los Blancos for the winger – with the deal said to have significant clauses that could take the full price to a massive £130MILLION.
Although the initial fee is way below Chelsea's asking price, Real Madridhave included 'realistic' bonuses and additional payments to bolster the sum.
It is not yet clear what the clauses in the Hazard deal may be.
Real Madrid chief executive Jose Angel Sanchez was in London at the start of the week to try and get the deal done, although returned with the move still up in the air.
On Thursday morning, the two clubs agreed the framework of the payment for the 28-year-old.
Real boss Zinedine Zidane had made the Belgian his top target this summer, with the Frenchman apparently in regular contact with the winger for several months.

ALVARO MORATA has lifted the lid on his Chelsea nightmare after the striker claimed only the Spanish players in the squad would pass to him.
The 26-year-old is currently on loan at Atletico Madrid until 2020, and he has once again urged Diego Simeone's side to sign him on a permanent deal.
He told Goal: “I didn't quite feel loved or appreciated by the club or the fans.
“I started very well at Chelsea, but an injury in the end leaves you a bit stuck.
“You are supposed to be respected by fans, but you know…”
Before adding: “At Chelsea there came a time when my team-mates, except for the Spaniards, well… you know, it is not the same when you play and you know that you give a pass to someone who is not going to do as well.
“You do not give the pass in the same way. Everyone who has played football once will understand that.
“I want to stay at Atletico but, contractually, Chelsea can call me back.
“We will see what happens in the negotiations between them, but the two clubs already know what I want.”

CHELSEA could be hit with a three-window transfer ban if they try and delay the start of their embargo this summer, according to reports.
The Blues were slapped with a two-window ban by Fifa over their signings of foreign minors.
According to the Telegraph, though, this could be extended to a third window if they attempt to push it back.
Chelsea have appealed the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the hope that the ruling would be overturned.
