Floyd Mayweather and YouTube star 'Money Kicks', 20, in 'last stage' of talks over eight-round fight on a HELIPAD

FLOYD MAYWEATHER is in the final stages of negotiations to box YouTuber Money Kicks, it's been claimed.

The former five-weight world champion revealed this month he'll return to the ring in February for ANOTHER exhibition bout.

Last week Mayweather said his next exhibition fight will be staged on the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah's helipad in Dubai.

The helipad sits near the top of the 1,053 foot tower that was built on a man-made island in the Arab Gulf.

It is above the building's 59th floor, and has been used as a car race track, a boxing ring, a tennis match, and the jumping off point for the highest kite surfing jump in history.

Emirati YouTuber Money Kicks – real name Rashed Belhasa – was touted as a shock opponent for Mayweather's latest exhibition.

And the 20-year-old has revealed negotiations over the surprise bout are coming to a head.

After claiming talks were at the 'last stage', Money Kicks told Sky Sports: "I never thought I would ever fight Floyd. He is the best fighter ever.

"When I was young, I would collect his 'The Money Team' caps.

"Mayweather's team asked my team for a meeting. We thought: 'No way will this happen!'

"The same day of the meeting, I saw Mayweather saying, 'I would love to fight Rashed'.

"He is serious. It is an honour that he has called me out. I thought: 'This will go viral!'"

Mayweather, 44, was last in action last June in an exhibition with another YouTuber, Logan Paul.

Paul managed to take the boxing legend the distance in their eight-rounder as has given Money Kicks a few tips on how to handle Money Mayweather.

Money Kicks said: "Logan made history.

"The whole world was talking about their fight. He has already given me tips on how to fight Mayweather.

"He told me to flinch a lot, and to move a lot, because Mayweather is a fast guy who has experience.

"If I knock him out, I would not sleep for a year."

Money Kicks currently holds the title of being the richest kid in Dubai.

He is super popular among automotive enthusiasts, especially those who love spending time looking at car vlogs.

He currently has over 2 Million Followers on his Instagram account and 2.6 Million Subscribers on Youtube Channel.

He got huge recognition after making videos about his rich lifestyle, expensive shoes and different exotic vehicles like Rolls Royce and Bentley.

His family mansion in Dubai boasts a massive private ZOO in the garden, and the world's top footballers have been regular visitors in recent years.

Despite having no professional boxing experience to his name, Money Kicks – who has taken part in two exhibitions – insists he doesn't fear the former pound-for-pound king.

He said: "I grew up with lions – I am not scared of any human being.

"I will never fear any human."

Mayweather revealed last week that he'll return to the ring just days before his 45th birthday.

The Olympic bronze medallist's third exhibition fight will be held on the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah's HELIPAD four days before his birthday.

He wrote on Instagram: "February 20th, we haven't chosen an opponent yet but I look forward to it and hopefully we give you guys something to see."
