Former President Barack Obama attends Game 2 of the NBA Finals in Toronto

TORONTO — Former President Barack Obama was in attendance for Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday night at the Scotiabank Arena.

Obama, the 44th U.S. president, was seen walking into the arena with Toronto Raptors president of basketball operations Masai Ujiri. He was then seen sitting in the stands next to NBA commissioner Adam Silver as the game began.

An avid basketball fan, Obama in February attended a game between Duke and North Carolina at Duke’s Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, N.C.

That same month, he joined Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry to address issues such as what it takes to be a good person and toxic masculinity, according to published reports.
