Watch Jose Mourinho wipe new shoes with towel and dance in bizarre Instagram video after Tottenham go top of table

JOSE MOURINHO celebrated being top of the league once more by wiping his shoes and unleashing his best dad dancing in the Tottenham dressing room.

The Portuguese boss, 57, has become something of an Instagram star for his bizarre and hilarious posts in recent weeks.

And he was at it again after Harry Kane's late winner at West Brom sent Spurs top of the Premier League, with Leicester and Liverpool both having the chance to leapfrog them later on Sunday.

The Tottenham chief was filmed perched on a chair, wiping down a pair of shoes with a navy blue towel.

As the music blared out in the background, Mourinho took a brief time-out from rubbing his boots to bust out some cracking dad dancing.

Sitting almost motionless, the former Chelsea and Manchester United boss half-heartedly waved his arms over his head with a cheeky grin on his face.

Mourinho uploaded the video to his Instagram, captioned: "When you play with a new pair of shoes."

The clip racked up nearly 300,000 views in the first 40 minutes of being shared.

Fans have been flocking to Mourinho's social media immediately after Tottenham games in recent weeks.

Three weeks ago – after the 3-3 draw with West Ham – Mourinho shared a picture of himself clutching three match balls.

The caption read: "3 balls… The 3 goals we conceded against West Ham? The 3 amazing goals we scored against them?

"Or the 2 Europa leagues I have in the pocket and the 3rd one I am ready to fight for?"

After beating Burnley 1-0 a fortnight ago, Mourinho shared a picture of Spurs' players all 'celebrating' on their phones.

He captioned the snap: After a great victory in a really hard match… Sign of the times. Well done boys."

En route to the loss to Antwerp just over a week ago, Mourinho posted a picture of himself enjoying an in-flight film on the plane.

He accompanied the picture with the words: "One more flight, one more movie, one more @europaleague match @spursofficial."

And after losing Mourinho posted a picture of himself staring, stony-faced on the team bus.

He captioned it: "Bad performances deserve bad results. Hope everyone in this bus is as upset as I am. Tomorrow 11 AM training."

Having beaten Ludogorets 3-1 on Thursday, Mourinho was hardly in a better mood – sharing a picture of himself snacking.

The boss wrote: "When you win but you don’t play especially well @pfcludogorets1945".
