Love Island 2019: Will Sherif Lanre be replaced on Love Island?
Sherif Lanre has been kicked off Love Island 2019, leaving fans to wonder if and when he will be replaced on the ITV 2 series. Anna Vakili is now left single following Sherif’s departure, so producers may put a replacement boy into the villa. Love Island 2019 fans may see a new cast member enter the villa in the next few days.
Will Sherif Lanre be replaced on Love Island?
ITV2 has not yet revealed if and when a replacement for Sherif will be entering into the villa.
However, a replacement may not be coming for a few days if previous seasons are anything to go by.
For example, Love Island 2019 saw cast member Niall Aslam walk out of the ITV2 show on day nine.
Another boy did not enter the villa until Sam Bird, 10 days later on day 19.
WHO ARE THE LOVE ISLAND 2019 CAST?
Similarly, after Samira Mighty walked on day 40, it was another three days before we got new female contestants.
As such, Sherif may not be replaced until next week at the latest.
However, Sherif’s exit means we have an even number of boys and girls, meaning that a new contestant could be on their way soon to upset the balance before the recoupling.
ITV has not yet confirmed when new contestants are going in and whether they will be male or female.

Why is Sherif being replaced on Love Island 2019?
So far, all we know is Sherif is exiting the show due to an unspecified rule break.
In a statement, Sherif said: “I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa.
“I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20-year-old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from.
“I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside.”
HOW TO WATCH LOVE ISLAND 2019 IN THE USA
A Love Island insider told The Mirror online: “Sherif made a silly mistake and was immediately summoned to the Beach Hut – it wasn’t a criminal matter and he was spoken to and agreed to leave.”
Sherif was coupled with pharmacist Anna Vakili during his time on the island.
His departure from the series leaves her as the second single cast member alongside new arrival Danny Williams.
We will update this article if more is revealed about why Sherif is being replaced and when a new male contestant will enter the villa.
Love Island 2019 airs nightly at 9pm on ITV2.
