Love Island’s Caroline Flack says tonight is most explosive show in five years

Love Island   host Caroline Flack says tonight's show is the most explosive episode in five years.

The telly presenter, 39, is back in the villa for a dramatic recoupling as the girls return from Casa Amor.

She has now spoken out to reveal the show is the most intense she has worked on since taking over Love Island hosting duties five years ago.

In a post on her Instagram page, she shared a teaser clip of the recoupling and wrote: "I've worked on this show for 5 years…

"But… Tonight's show is [fire]."

It's going to be a massive episode tonight as the couples may well be ripped apart.

Curtis Pritchard is forced to pick between Jourdan and Amy after previously admitting doubts about his romance with the air hostess.

This evening, Curtis admits to new girl Jourdan that he is thinking about picking her over his 'half-girlfriend' Amy.

Sitting on the bean bags with the model, Curtis tells her: "I have a good relationship with Amy. I have a good connection with Amy, she’s a lovely young lady, she’s fascinating. I could see things working with her…

"But how can somebody go from being in a good relationship to feeling something completely different with somebody else in three days?

"Loads of people have walked into the villa, I’ve not even looked at anyone. This is why I don’t know why you have swayed me in a different direction.

"You are clearly stunning, you seem very clever, you seem like you’ve got a good heart and there clearly is something missing with me and Amy otherwise it wouldn’t have happened."

He adds: “I’m shocked, really shocked. I didn’t think I would be turned. I’m thinking with my gut and my heart now… If a recoupling was in half an hour, I’d be going off my gut, I’d choose you."

The other romance on the rocks is Michael and Amber as he seems pretty smitten with new girl Joanna.

They have been getting very close while Amber was away in Casa Amor – she remained loyal to her man and didn't let her head get turned.

But can Michael say the same? There's a good chance he may chose the new girl and dump the fiery Geordie.

Love Island airs all week at 9pm on ITV2.
