Nine huge EastEnders spoilers for next week including Stacy Slater’s shock attack and Ian’s awful betrayal

STACEY Slater is attacked by a hooded figure next week in EastEnders after a furious showdown with Ruby Allen.

1. Ruby rows with Stacey

Viewers will see Stacey cleaning the pub with Kat next week in EastEnders.  

Meanwhile, Lily pulls a sickie and lies about where she got her new tablet.

And when Stacey launches into a tirade about Ruby’s money and her Daddy issues, she's unaware that Lily is listening to the conversation. 

Later, a mistaken delivery of champagne at the club leads to Ruby and Stacey taking a trip down memory lane. 

But disaster strikes when Lily snitches on Stacey and repeats all the mean things she said earlier, leading the pair to bicker.

2. Kush gets something sinister in the post

Later in the week, Stacey is shocked to see what Kush has been sent through the letterbox. 

Stacey is quick to assume it’s Ruby, but Ruby denies it when she confronts her. 

Ruby threatens she could force Stacey out of the Square with a click of a finger. 

3. Stacey is attacked

While on the way to the club later to retaliate against Ruby’s comments, Stacey is attacked by a hooded figure and left lying on the floor.

Could it have something to do with Ruby?

4. Phil discovers dirt on Ellie

Ben tells Callum that Phil has been up all night and can’t get hold of Ellie. 

Later, Callum asks DI Thompson to do some digging on Ellie, suggesting it’ll help him get closer to Phil. 

But Callum is shocked by what DI Thompson tells him.

Later, Phil meets Ellie at The Arches and confronts her about her lies. 

Ben insists they need to go through the courts and that, if Ellie wants a war with the Mitchells, she’s got one.

4. Phil decides to fight for custody of Raymond

Later in the week, Phil tells Ritchie he wants full custody of Raymond, but she admits she can’t imagine that happening due to his criminal record. 

Later, Phil hatches a plan to prove that Ellie is unfit to parent. 

DI Thompson catches Callum sneaking around behind his back and trying to access information about Ellie for Phil. 

But Callum reassures Thompson he can get Phil on side if he gives him some inside knowledge.

Will Phil realise what Callum is up to?

5. Ian betrays Kathy

Peter is suspicious when he catches Ian hiding a letter. 

Later, Ian promises Max he’ll get his first payment soon. 

Overhearing Ian’s promise, Peter assumes he’s back on track and asks for his allowance.

But Peter later tells Kathy that Ian has borrowed his money. 

Kathy confronts Ian and suggests remortgaging the cafe to help him out. 

But having already done exactly that, sneaky Ian assures her everything is under control. 

6. Peter discovers Ian’s antics 

Suspicious of Ian’s behaviour, Peter later does some digging and learns what’s he’s done.

Will Peter tell Kathy?

If so, how will she react?

7. Kathy lands a date

Unaware of Ian's brutal betrayal, Kathy grows excited when she matches with a guy named Iain on her dating app.

But later, Peter admits he lowered her age on the app when she announces she’s heading out on a date. 

But Kathy doesn't let it bother her and, later in the week, she heads out and hits it off with her date. 

8. Disaster strikes

But as they’re enjoying a drink – or few – at The Prince Albert, she ends up tripping over and injuring herself. 

Ash examines her ankle and advises her to go to hospital. 

9. Bobby spirals out of control 

Meanwhile, Bobby frantically cleans as he worries about Kathy, blaming himself for her injury.

Bobby begs Peter not to tell Kathy, but Peter is unsure what to do.
