Phil takes violent revenge as Nish forces Vinny to cross him in EastEnders

Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) took violent revenge on rival Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) in tonight’s instalment of EastEnders, after Nish forced son Vinny (Shiv Jalota) to break into one of Phil’s chicken shops.

Nish had been put out when Phil turned down his offer to buy his chicken shop empire, and swore to get his own back.

His plan? Have son Vinny break in.

Despite no one being caught for the vandalism, Phil knew exactly who was behind it and decided to pay the Panesars a visit.

With Phil throwing accusations around, Suki (Balvinder Sopal) instantly jumped to Nish’s defence. However, Phil made it clear that he knew Nish wouldn’t get his own hands dirty, before storming away.

That wasn’t the end of it though, as Nish later arrived at the Minute Mart to find it completely trashed.

Meanwhile, Suki had discovered the truth behind the chicken shop raid, after finding Vinny’s coat covered in shards of glass. She was furious, to say the least, and started a row with both Nish and Vinny.

Undeterred, it was Nish’s turn to pay Phil a visit, only, surprisingly, it wasn’t to have a go.

Nish said that it was clear they were on the same wavelength, which would work well for business. He then invited both Phil and Kat (Jessie Wallace) for a meal, so that they could talk about it properly.

Will Phil change his mind about selling to Nish? Or is Nish’s invite part of a greater plan?
