Selling Sunset is on Netflix now and the series follows real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group as they try to make commissions on luxurious homes in LA. One of the biggest listings to date has been the $75million house owned by Adnan Sen. Fans are keen to know whether Davina Potratz sold the house.
Did Davina sell the $75million house?
Adnan Sen’s luxury home has featured throughout the entire series of Selling Sunset as it has proven to be one of the most difficult sales for The Oppenheim Group.
In the third season, Davina even called on the help of Christine Quinn, hoping she would be able to use her charm and experience to either lower the sale price or find a suitable buyer.
Davina had tried to lower the listing price on a number of occasions, as her boss Jason Oppenheim believed the price was far too high.
But Adnan was adamant he wanted the house to sell for $75million as it was a labour of love which had taken a long time to perfect.
Davina and Jason had been close to giving up on the sale, especially after Adnan questioned Davina’s partnership with Christine.
Christine had not told Davina she had taken her husband Christian Richard to see the home, and it left her stumped when Adnan raised the issue.
He said the pair should have been collaborating more closely, and it caused a tiff between Christine and Davina.
Davina struggled to find a buyer the house, which has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a home cinema, a wine cellar, gym, and swimming pool.
She has still not sold the property, but she has insisted he is still one of her clients and they have a good relationship.
She also said he has shown her another of his properties for $39 million (£27 million), which may well feature in season four if it gets the green light.
Jason said Adnan had praised Davina for landing the $75million property, but Selling Sunset only showed the billionaire client shutting her down.
Fans will be interested to see whether she will sell the huge listing in season four, or whether it has been put on the backburner for the time being.
The Oppenheim Group has listed the property in North Beverly Drive as: “A sprawling Beverly Hills contemporary estate on over 1 acre of land, recently completed with meticulous attention to design and detail.
“The seamless indoor/outdoor flow creates inviting spaces for entertaining and resort-style relaxation, including an outdoor kitchen and dining area, one of Beverly Hill’s biggest and most stunning pools, all while surrounded by lush landscaping and a huge grassy yard.
“Other unique features include an impressive futuristic automated awning surrounding the property which can control the natural ambient lighting, and a separate 2,690 sq. ft. guesthouse.”
Many fans have commented on the listing, wondering if the house will ever sell for the asking price.

One fan said: “I wonder if this ever sold. You’d be mad and rich to pay 75M for this.”
Another fan commented: “No one is shelling 75 million for this…it’s a bit much, it’s gorgeous but it’s worth more to the developer than it will ever be to anyone else, he is holding sentimental value.”
Adnan developed the home under his company Sen Properties, and viewers have not stopped talking about the stunning home since Selling Sunset made its debut.
Speaking to Screenrant, Davina said her client was a lovely person off-camera. She said: “He is the sweetest guy and I think he hams it up for the camera and I appreciate that.”
Fans are keen to find out more about Adnan and how he came to build such an extravagant home.
Davina regularly visits Adnan at the home, and she has shared plenty of photos of the pair on her Instagram account.
Some fans went on to call Adnan a “nightmare” client, as he had refused to lower the price on the house and he was quick to question Davina on her authority.
But she revealed she has a positive relationship with him and his wife off-screen, and they have been working hard together to create new listings.
Season four has not been given the green light officially yet, but many of the agents have hinted it will be returning next year.
So fans have a little while to wait before they find out what other properties Adnan has in store for Davina.
