Selling Sunset season four is about to drop on Netflix and all the main cast will be making an appearance. However, as a surprise for fans, there will be some new faces joining the elite estate agent team, after The Oppenheim Group expanded. Of course, the drama will soon follow, with some of it already kicking off ahead of the premiere.

Who is joining the cast in season four?

Vanessa Villela

Vanessa Villela is the newest addition to The Oppenheim Group after she made a major career change.

Villela was previously a Mexican American actress, starring in shows such as El Senor de los Cielos and Una Maid en Manhattan.

On Instagram, Villela shared her excitement about joining the team, writing: “I am so excited! Not only because I was able to manifest this dream of blending my background in acting with my latest passion in real estate but because I want to help empower and show others to never give up on yourself or your dreams.”

Emma Hernan

While Emma Hernan is new to the show, she isn’t new to all of the team.

In fact, Hernan and Christine Quinn previously fell out long before season four because they once dated the same man.

It isn’t known how much this will come into play in the fourth season, but Quinn is known for not letting things lie.

Hernan has been working at Oppenheim for years but has only just decided to join the cast of the series.

Who is returning for season four?

Jason and Brett Oppenheim

The Oppenheim brothers have split since the third season, with their involvement in season four representing the biggest question mark of the season.

Brett has now established his own brokerage firm, and his name can no longer be found on the Oppenheim website.

While some fans believe a rift must have formed between the brothers, it seems that isn’t the case according to Maya Vander.

Speaking to People earlier this year, Vander explained: “They are very similar personalities, so they still work on some stuff together, I know that for a fact. They get along very, very well. There’s nothing bad over there.”

Chrishell Stause

Chrishell Stause’s relationship status has been on fans’ minds ever since her divorce from This Is Us’s Justin Hartley in season three.

Following the season, Stause has begun a new relationship with Jason Oppenheim no less.

Speaking to US Weekly, Oppenheim said: “Chrishell and I became close friends and it has developed into an amazing relationship.”

The relationship came after Stause briefly dated Keo Motsepe for three months, the pro dancer from Dancing with the Stars.

Christine Quinn

One of the biggest changes for the fourth season will be Christine Quinn now being a mother.

Her pregnancy was first announced in early 2021 and she welcomed her baby boy Christian Jr on May 15.

Quinn shared a snap of Christian on Instagram, writing: “I can’t believe my little angel is 3 months already!”

Of course, it wouldn’t be Quinn without some drama, and she has been stirring the pot ahead of the premiere by suggesting the other stars have left her out of group photos.

On Twitter, Quinn said that “the girls intentionally leave me out of photos”.

Mary Fitzgerald

It’s business as usual for Mary Fitzgerald, with the star once again returning as one of the series main leads.

Following season three, she has been keeping fans up to date on her travels with Romain Bonnet, who will also be making an appearance in season four.

The pair recently wrapped filming of season five, travelling around Europe to promote the fourth season.

On Instagram, Fitzgerald wrote: “Officially wrapped Selling Sunset Season 5! Now Romain and I are off to Europe to celebrate the premiere of Season 4 on @netflix!”

Heather Rae Young

Following season three’s debut, Heather Rae Young got engaged and married to Tarek El Moussa, the host of Flip or Flop.

Fans are expecting their wedding to be a major plot point of season four, following the tradition set by Quinn and Fitzgerald.

However, in an interview with KTLA 5, the star threw cold water on the idea, saying she is “leaning more towards no”.

However, Young is still keeping viewers up to date on her relationship, sharing on Instagram a picture of her and El Moussa, writing: “I love the way you love me #soulmate love!!!”

Amanza Smith

Amanza Smith will also be returning to seasons four and five, with Netflix confirming her involvement at the start of the year.

Smith has been just as excited to return to the show as fans, as the star has been regularly posting updates on the series on Instagram.

Smith posted: “Who’s ready????? Nov. 24th!!! We’re back!!!!”

Maya Vander

Maya Vander has been keeping busy following the release of season three.

The star has been offering real estate advice for fans on Instagram, helping others get into the highly competitive business.

Vander also confirmed she is expecting her third baby earlier this year, writing on the social media page: “Can’t believe 2022 is almost here & so is baby number 3!!”

Davina Potratz

While Netflix has confirmed Davina Potratz’s involvement in season four, she won’t be working with The Oppenheim Group to begin with.

Following the third season, she worked with Oppenheim’s competitor Douglas Elliman.

How she will be involved in season four remains to be seen, though it will likely be the centre of some bitter rivalries.

Selling Sunset season four will premiere on November 24 exclusively on Netflix.
