Boy, 13, fighting for life after falling from block of flats in South East London
A TEENAGER is fighting for life after falling from a block of flats.
Police said the 13-year-old boy plunged "from height" at a residential building in South East London and was rushed to hospital with "life-threatening injuries".
Officers and emergency services raced to the scene on Titmuss Avenue, Thamesmead, shortly after 8am.
Cops said enquiries are ongoing but the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
A Met Police spokesperson said: "Police were called at 08:05hrs on Tuesday, 11 May following a report that a male had fallen from height from a residential building in, SE28.
"Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance. A 13-year-old boy was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. His next of kin has been informed.
"Enquiries are ongoing although the circumstances do not appear to be suspicious."
