Kieron Dawson, 32, led police on the high-speed chance after drinking a bottle and a half of the alcohol.
He had recently split up with his ex-partner when he got behind the wheel of the Peugeot 206 he had been sleeping in, Grimsby Live reports.
Dawson posted a live video of him driving through villages in North Lincolnshire on Facebook. It was then reported to the police.
Prosecutor Lydia Carrol told Grimsby Crown Court : "The Facebook Live showed him crashing into things. The woman who reported him then updated the police and said he had commented while driving at 100mph.
"The police were able to find his location. At around 1.30am an armed response vehicle saw the car in South Ferriby."
Dawson then said on the stream: "I've got a full tank of fuel I can run all night, not stopping."
He was eventually stopped by police and arrested after driving the car the wrong way around a roundabout and heading onto the motorway.

A breath test found he was over the alcohol limit.
Dawson told police the incident had started because his ex-girlfriend had kicked him out.
Ms Carrol added: "He admitted to driving dangerous, failing to stop and travelling in the wrong direction. He agreed the consequences could have been catastrophic and was not only putting himself at risk but the innocent members of the public."
The court was told Dawson had 12 previous convictions for 35 crimes, mostly driving-related, including driving while disqualified and driving without a licence.
Dawson was jailed for 18 months. He was also disqualified from driving for 45 months and will have to take an extended re-test.
