Andrea Mazzetto, 30, tragically died after he reportedly lost his balance and fell from a 330ft cliff while trying to retrieve his phone.
The horrific incident happened when the 30-year-old was on a hike with his girlfriend, Sara Bragante, on the Altar Knotto trail in the town of Rotzo, in the province of Vicenza, Italy.
A haunting photo taken just moments before the tragedy, shows the couple happily posing before Mazzetto fell trying to retrieve his phone from the edge of a 300-foot ravine.
