Prince Harry and his brother Prince William may be oceans apart but the loved up pair will likely be spending Valentine's Day with their wives in the exact same way, a Royal expert told Daily Star.

The Duke of Sussex is married to Meghan Markle, with whom he has one child, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.

Both he and Meghan have been known to splash the cash romantically in recent years, with the Suits star plotting a luxury surprise trip for her Prince’s birthday.

He also took her to a lavish £1,500 a night resort in Botswana on their third date and treated her to a once-in-a-lifetime safari trip.

Valentine’s Day is different however, and the Duke even spent his first married celebration of love away from his wife in the Arctic Circle.

This year though, the pair will be spending it like "all the other Royals," including Kate Middleton and Prince William.

Harry and Meghan will be enjoying each other's company "behind closed doors" and it will be a very California-style "laid back affair," Brittani Barger of Royal Central reckons.

The pair are "unable to go out" she said due to strict Covid laws and despite life in the U.S. being less restrictive than in the UK, Ms Barger believes they "won’t travel."

Ahead of the big day, Ms Barger told Daily Star: "I think all the Royals will be celebrating.

"Like most though, it will be behind closed doors with one another.

"Meghan and Harry can’t go out to a nice restaurant or take a trip due to California’s no-dining in rule."

She predicts: "It will probably be a very cool LA laid back affair.

"I also don’t see the Sussexes travelling inside the United States.

"Coronavirus is very rampant here and travel is discouraged, I can’t see them breaking that.

"I think they will stay at home in California."

Meghan and Harry don’t just have Valentine’s Day to celebrate, the couple will also likely raise a glass for the Duchess’ High Court win against Associated Newspapers.
