Safari park up for sale with five-bed house, four lakes, and kids’ playground

An incredible wildlife park has hit the property market and could be yours for a cool £1.5million.

Not only will the buyer bag 131 acres of animals, an adventure playground, and a golf course, but a massive farmhouse too.

Auchingarrich Wildlife Park in Perthshire, Scotland is home to meerkats, lemurs, porcupines, coatimundi, wallabies, and wild cats which help attract over 60,000 visitors a year.

If having exotic creatures on your doorstep is not enough to tempt you into putting pen to paper, how about the two barns of soft play and mini-golf to keep all the family entertained?

Speaking to Country Life, current owner Andrew Scott said: "The time has now come for us to retire and pass on Auchingarrich to its next set of enthusiastic owners.

"I’m sure they will enjoy living here as well as running this fun-filled family business as much as we did."

Far from being a private menagerie, the park operates as a business that saw previous owners, the Scott family turnover an average of £585,000 each year, The Sun reports.
