Sir Philip Green’s ‘groping victim’ refused to go to work while he hid out at a ranch – The Sun
SIR Philip Green’s alleged groping victim refused to go into work at a health complex when the tycoon hid out there.
Green laid low at his Canyon Ranch in the US when claims against him of sexual harassment emerged last October.
He is alleged to have assaulted pilates instructor Katie Surridge there in 2016 and January 2018.
Surridge, 37, stayed at home without pay on hearing he was back.
In police interviews, she said she rang the president of the £750-a-night spa in Tucson, Arizona, to complain.
She said: “I saw it in the news and I called Tom Klein. I was in tears.”
Topshop chief Green, 67, faces four counts of misdemeanour assault against Ms Surridge.
A spokesman for Green said he denied the allegations. Canyon Ranch declined to comment.
