Victoria records no new cases of coronavirus

Victoria has recorded no new cases of coronavirus in the past day, marking the sixth consecutive day of no community transmission.

There are now 38 active cases in the state.

The results come from more than 18,000 tests processed on Monday.

Every Australian intending to enter Victoria will now need to apply for a travel permit under the state government's 'traffic light' system, which was initially hit by technical glitches on Monday night.
